Mom picked up Dad this morning and on the way out gave a lift to a couple and their dog. They were planning on hiking from Copper Mountain to Waterton Canyon, but their water filter broke. So they were boiling water for two hours a day. Not fun.

I know I’m going to resupply after three days at the beginning of section 6 (that’s at Kenosha Pass where I’ll meet my dad) and again two days later at the beginning of section 7 (I’ll get more stuff in Breckenridge).
